This is a tool that can cut MPEG-TS stream into slices which will be suitable for Apple HLS(Http Live Streaming).
This is a update branch version of httpsegmenter from https://code.google.com/p/httpsegmenter/ 


2) Install
----------------------------------------
This program dependens the libaraies under ffmpeg and json-c.

	a) Install ffmpeg:
		On Ubuntu/Debian, run:
			sudo apt-get install ffmpeg
		On RedHat/CentOs, run:
			sudo yum install ffmpeg

	b) Install json-c:
		cd 3rdparty
		tar -zxvf json-c-master.tar.gz
		cd json-c-master
		./autogen.sh
		./configure
		make
		make install

	c) Install httpsegmenter:
		make
		make install
		

3) Functions
----------------------------------------
1.Segment MPEG-TS stream for Apple HLS protocol;
2.Add time control modification;
3.Add key frame information recording;
4.Add exit condition by monitor another application;
