Prerequisites:

To run the program you will need:
		- llvm/clang 
			(the version we used can be found in llvm folder)
		- gaul (found in gaul folder)
		- Spartan 3E Starter Kit
		- Xilinx EDK 10.1
		- CoDeveloper3
		- serial port/cable or USB to serial converter
		- patience

Running the application:

1. Compile llvm/clang

2. Compile collector's sources
		- in $SHP_HOME/src/collector run: 
			make 

3. Modify the line in $SHP_HOME/src/collector/init.sh to point
to the location of collector's bin file, which is written in 
the Makefile: $SHP_HOME/bin  

4. export the line from init.sh

5. Modify the line in $SHP_HOME/src/collector/config_serial.sh
to use the path to your serial port (/dev/ttyUSB0)

6. ./config_serial.sh

7. Modify necessary paths in $SHP_HOME/src/generator/Makefile

8. Compile generator's sources
		- in $SHP_HOME/src/generator run: 
			make 

9. Pick a test from $SHP_HOME/tests 

10. Obtain the ast's for the software and hardware version of 
the application.
Ex.:
	clang -emit-ast -I/usr/Impulse/CoDeveloper3/Include big_test_hw.c
	clang -emit-ast -I./microblaze_includes big_test_sw.c

11. Start the program with:
Ex.:
	$SHP_HOME/src/generator/callgraph big_test_hw.ast big_test_sw.ast \
		start_function_name stop_function_name
	TODO: modifica Makefile-ul sa puna in bin

12. Wait ~ 90 minutes for the big test.
