Compilling

Normally:
- Configure the simulation.cfg file (read the report for instructions)
- Type: ./sim
Benchmark mode:
- Type: ./sim -b

mscgen: http://www.mcternan.me.uk/mscgen/
- To convert the simulation outputs to diagram.
- To execute: $ ./mscgen -i SimType_input.msc -o diagram.png -T png
