This program implements a simple shell with support for 5 commands including:
* Cmdnm - returns command name for PID
* Signal - sends signal to another process
* Systat - prints various information about the system
* Exit - terminates execution of this program.
The program operates very similar to a normal shell, and can gracefully
handle all types of input.
