The main features of the rmf are:

• fast simultaneous measurements of delay, available data rate and loss rate in mobile cellular networks
• it integrates a designated self-induced congestion detector and an optional second physical link to reduce feedback delays

##Licenses While the RMF itself is licensed under the MIT license, it uses stlsoft and phantheios for logging purposes, which use the BSD License, which is contained in the library sources in the dependencies folder.
