build:
	change  ROOT_DIR to the right path, and cd src, type make
		ROOT_DIR=/home/lv/plt_dev/

1.change python
./configure --prefix=/home/dev/plt_dev/third/  --enable-unicode=ucs4 --enable-shared
ln -s /home/lv/plt_dev/third/bin/python /usr/bin/python
2.build boost  with new python  --with-python-root
