MRtrix

The complete documentation for MRtrix is in doc/index.html,
including a detailed decription of the installation procedure.
Quick install:
- For first-time installation, install required dependencies:
g++, python, gtkmm, gtkglext, libgsl & a working OpenGL environment
1. Unpack archive:
tar xjf mrtrix-0.2.X.tar.bz2
2. Compile:
cd mrtrix-0.2.X/
./build
3. Install (as root):
./build install
