Help for random.org client

Options:
	-b	Which base should we use? 2 8 10 16
	-B	Specify bottom (lower bound) -1E9 -- 1E9
	-h	Display this help
	-n	How many numbers do you want? max. 1000 
	-o	Specify a file to write in. The output is appended. Else, stdout is used
	-T	Specify top (higher bound) -1E9 -- 1E9
	-v	Be verbose
