A special HTTP proxy server aims to improve the network quality that users can have a better experience while 
watching videos on YouTube, Facebook etc.

[How It Works]
It implements a simple DNS client.
It follows rules from a HOSTS file.
It is based on a simple HTTP proxy server and modifies requests if necessary to prevert from monitoring contents.
