This code is part of the BioPreDyn project; based on libSBML, libSEDML and libnuml Python wrappers, it aims at executing systems biology numerical experiments described using the Simulation Experiment Description Markup Language (SED-ML).
Instructions for installing the biopredyn-engine (including all its dependencies) can be found in the prototype user guide on this page, either as PDF or HTML document.
The training guide (located in the same folder than the prototype user guide) provides several examples on what can be done using the biopredyn-engine, and how to use it. The engine can also be used as a Python library; the available API is documented (using doxygen) on this page.
Results of the nightly tests can be browsed on this page.
