emv-tools is a set of tools to handle EMV (Europay, MasterCard, Visa)
chip cards. Tools are based on the EMV v4.3 standard.

emv-tools are licensed under Lesser GPL v2.1 or any later version.
Alternatively you can use it under the terms of GPL v2.0 or any later
version.
