neuronal-study

For compile, you need say it the path of Opencv and others external libs: i.e. g++ descomponerImagen.cpp -o prueba1 pkg-config opencv --cflags --libs -I/home/usuario/dlib -I/home/usuario/NEURONAS/neuronal-study -lboost_serialization

pkg-config opencv --cflags --libs --------->> for OpenCV libraries -I/home/usuario/dlib --------------------->> for dlib (is not necessary) -I/home/usuario/NEURONAS/neuronal-study -->> for head of includes -lboost_serialization---------------------->> for boost libraries to serialize objects

For run program: it need the path of file-path i.e. ./prueba1 ../rutas/totalSalina.txt

File Index:

  • Cluster.h -> class cluster, has a float array. This array stores all dimensions of the centroids for each cluster
  • compareHistograma.cpp -> it compares the minimum distance from two histograms
  • descomponerImagen.cpp -> it generates the vocabulary using all images of training
  • generaHistograma.cpp -> it generates the histogram for each image using the previusly vocabulary calculated
  • wilsonAlgorithm.cpp -> After to generate training, this algorithm clear the samples than do not match themselves
  • head.h -> common libraries
  • MiVocabulario.h -> class vocabulary, has a clusters array. It stores type name of the image and number of clusters and dimensions
