GitHub - epsitech/planar: Planar offers parametric design of microelectronic and photonic structures. Both patterns for e-beam lithography (single reticle) and photolithography (multi-dimensional arrays) can be extracted. Additionally, numerical simulations (including parameter scans) can be run on top of the structures. Currently implemented are Schrödinger-Poisson, FDTD and waveguide mode algorithms. A material library with hierarchical parameter inheritance allows for the comparison of various material models / material properties extracted from actual measurements.
