Overview

ABACUS (Approximate BAyesian C UtilitieS) is a collection of C utilities for approximate Bayesian computation. It is written by Jamie Oaks.

Requirements

Some functions require the GNU Scientific Library (http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/).
