This repository has a case study in multitable data analysis using the EMI data.

This repository is organized as follows:

• doc: Notes about the approaches and methods found applied to this problem. No R code, just .tex notes.
• emi: An R package with all the analysis. The actual experiments are in the vignettes directory, the R directory contains helper functions. This can be installed using install_github("krisrs1128/multitable_emi/emi").
