=============Prepare====================== 1. Download dynamoRIO 5.0.0 2. Compile Dyninst **Important, this dyninst is a modified version 3. Modify the config.inc to meet the location of these tools =============Compile====================== ./make ./install =============Run========================== source ./init.sh ./obj/XnRArmor <target> 2>rewrite.log =============File========================= libarmorconvert.c: The libarmorconvert.c is useless currently. But the init function inside need to update to move the code space at runtime If later, you need to lift the instrumentation into library, add more handler inside, and register them in CAinst.cpp CADecoderDynamoRIO.cpp: The decoder. In my case I use dynamoRIO. But if you like the XED more, feel free to add a new decoder, and inherit from CADecoder class. And make sure the interface correct CAinst.cpp: The instrumentation logic. I think there are enough comments ca_defines.h: some Marco defines CACustomSnippet.h: To convince dyninst use our customized snippet.
