MergeMap

MergeMap is a software tool that builds accurate consensus genetic maps from a set of individual genetic maps

Software requirement

To compile: type "cd MergeMap" then type "make"

To run: type "./MergeMap configuration_file" where configuration_file is descrived in the Help page below.
