If not, see <http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/>. this tool can be used to add a quit (kill) button to applications, that dont have it. minimal usage: # LD_PRELOAD=./xbutton.so COMMAND all options: # XBUTTON_DEBUG={0,1} XBUTTON_CORNER={NW,NE,SW,SE} XBUTTON_R=NUM XBUTTON_RESIZE={first,max,always} LD_PRELOAD=./xbutton.so COMMAND XBUTTON_R is radius in pixels of xbutton. kill xterm when clicking to upper right corner: # LD_PRELOAD=./xbutton.so xterm place xbutton to lower left corner: # XBUTTON_CORNER=SW LD_PRELOAD=./xbutton.so terminal track resize of only first created window: # XBUTTON_RESIZE=first LD_PRELOAD=./xbutton.so firefox track all window resizes and take maximum: # XBUTTON_RESIZE=max LD_PRELOAD=./xbutton.so javaws -about be verbose: # XBUTTON_DEBUG=1 LD_PRELOAD=./xbutton.so ./SURFER
