A simple ILS (Integrated Library System). Eolach is licensed under the GPL, and the icons (which are from the Oxygen theme) are under the LGPL.

To compile, just run qmake; make (note that it must the Qt 5 version of qmake).

Requirements: Qt 5, SQLite.
