HOW TO BUILD

1. use configure script to generate Makefile 
	$ LDFLAGS="-L/opt/boost1550/lib -L/opt/armadillo40002/lib -L/opt/openblas/lib -L/opt/lapack/lib -static" CPPFLAGS="-I/opt/boost1550/include -I/opt/armadillo40002/include -I/opt/eigen320/include" CXXFLAGS="-Wl,--no-as-needed" BONMIN_CPPFLAGS="-I/opt/bonmin174/include" BONMIN_LIBS="-L/opt/bonmin174/lib" IPOPT_CPPFLAGS="-I/opt/ipopt/include" IPOPT_LIBS="-L/opt/ipopt/lib" ./configure --enable-debug

2. compile the source code:
	$ make

3. Go to runSimulation/ sub-directory to compile the code
