15.7+ is hereby released as free software under the GNU Lesser General Public
License. Please read this license (COPYING) and make sure you understand the
terms and conditions of this license.

Toolbar.mcc is compiled with GCC v2 and v3 compilers. All required
third party header files should already be included in the CVS repository.
However, please note that you might need some more third party tools/utilities
not included/listed here.

If you want to contribute to the development of Toolbar.mcc please register
with SourceForge.net and notify one of the project admins of the Toolbar.mcc
project available at http://www.sf.net/projects/toolbar-mcc
