You can download the codes using git. git clone https://github.com/boywert/SussingMergerTree2013.git - Warning: There is almost no comment or label in the source codes (I will do it, eventually). - Copy all tree results into SussingMergerTree2013 which was just created by git. - Rename of the result tree files to the name which will appear on the plots (use '_' for blank space) - Edit config.txt file (must be line by line without any comments since I just read them in naively). If you look in the current folder /home/sussing/ANALYSIS/DATASET_I/scratch/200RhoCrit [Directory contains all AHF files, MUST BE WRITEABLE] 62.5_dm_ [prefix of the files] /home/sussing/ANALYSIS/DATASET_I/scratch/200RhoCrit/data_snaplist.txt [snapshot info file] /home/sussing/ANALYSIS/DATASET_I/scratch/datasetI_trees [Blank folder to store cache files] /home/sussing/ANALYSIS/DATASET_I/scratch/62.5_dm [Folder contain Gadget outputs] /home/sussing/ANALYSIS/DATASET_I/scratch/datasetI_histograms [Blank folder to store some more cache file] - Edit the contents of run.list to the list of the tree files (except some exception for HBT and Consistent_Tree) [see the sample in the file] - Check the flag in Makefile. You can comment out every OPT += to generate almost all the plots (except Lost_N.eps which needs -DREADPARTICLE (which requires RESETPARTICLECACHE before that)). - If everything is ready. - run command 'python run.py --reset-data' to regenerate all data for the plots and plot them. - run command 'python run.py' to just re-plot the plots. - I will write some script to these all (obviously, I can't write scripts to change names). - Please you see any bugs, please tell me. - There are tools to generate something like Figure 3 in plot2.py - The main plots code is run.py Boyd
