This program will convert phonemes to english text without homophone or word boundary errors.  Phonemes
are those spoken by a three year old english speaking male who we'll refer to as AA.  Phoneme-to-Text Transcription 
system with an Infinite Vocabulary might help, but at this point it's a decryption problem.
