Building UPSE under Windows
---------------------------

You will need:

* Visual Studio 2008

* zlib-1.2.3

* A folder on your hard drive: c:\dev-src

How to do it
------------

1. Extract zlib-1.2.3 to c:\dev-src\zlib-1.2.3
2. Start the Visual Studio command prompt.
3. cd \dev-src\zlib-1.2.3
4. nmake -f win\Makefile.msc
5. Open windows/VS2008/UPSE-Win32.sln.
6. Tools -> Build Solution
7. Enjoy
