Collection of custom built GStreamer plugins.


gstreamer plugins:
    - rtcpsender: Sends a customizable RTCP packet when signal triggered.
    - udpdemux: De-mux incoming UDP packets based on defined identifier.

external based plugins:
    - yuvtorgb: YUV420 to RGB converter based on libyuv.
    - rgbtoyuv: RGB to YUV420 converter basedon libyuv.
    - libyuvscaler: YUV scaler using libyuv.
