Building qtVlm
 In order de build qtVlm you'll need to have Qt developpement suite.

 To launch build: go in trunk folder and run: make

 Installing:

 Warning: install is only working on unix like arch

 1/edit Makefile to adjust the install folder (prefix variable: prefix = ~/qtVlm)
 2/ run: make install

 For windows in order to install qtVlm, you'll need to copy qtVlm.exe and tr folder to the place where you want to install qtVlm, you'll then need to copy a list of folder from base_dir to qtVlm install folder: grib, icon, img, maps, polar
