AssessSupertrees

Edit the 'makefile' by uncommenting the appropriate "cpp =..." and "cc=..." commands
Compile by running 'make' from the project home directory
Use the executable after checking -h option for available options, i.e., type './AssessSupertree -h' for Mac or Linux for available options
