Basic repository to run low level pioneer packages required for Dora

#First Time Setup To run this package with dora you will have to:

• Clone the repository to your src folder in your catkin workspace.
• From the src directory run 'source first_setup.bash'.
• Catkin_make the workspace.
• Your ready to go!

#Troubleshooting If the rosaria, driver_commons, or etc is empty then run:

• git submodule init
• git submodule update
