This repo contains the qib driver intended for the CHAOS/TOSS distribution
maintained by LLNL.

The source is designed to build out of kernel and the produce RPMs from a 
tar ball using the normal rpm mechanisms.

To build a tar ball:
	make dist

To build the rpms
	rpmbuild -ta qib-1.5.3.tgz
