IntPe9 is a packet editor whom only operates in userland. It has a GUI frontend and it can have different backends to get the packets. In theory you are free to create any backend as you wish, however i use a skeleton which defines some basics.

O yes, please do. If you want to have a game supported go start writing another Core and submit it. Big chance i will implement it.
