Create individual frames (.jpg, .png) for your animation.

Use a tool like PicGif Lit to create a .gif.

Convert .gif to apng using this tool and this command /<correct_path>/bin/gif2apng -z0 animation.gif

Replace animation.png in /resources/images, run pebble build, install.
