The ofxRemoteCamera openframeworks addon is a remote video grabber that enables ofxRemoteCameraServer 
send pixels data through TCP to one or more ofxRemoteCameraClient.  
Pixels data are resized or compressed using turbo-jpeg library. You can set the ip 
address/port directly in the code or in the Network_Settings.xml file.
Tested on OSX (XCode 3.2.6) and Windows (VS2010)
