C++ Reflection API

List of features thats is going to be integrated soon:

1. Accesor and modifier information.
2. Getting type information from pointer types. So new operator will be invoked on consruction.
3. User defined type entities (like events) integration support.
4. Attribute information.
5. Type building at runtime.
6. More natural integration with serializers.
7. More flexible way of getting specific type information.
