Robot libs for ChipKit MAX32 (prog mem > 128K)

This lib run on MPIDE release mpide-0023-windows-20120903

It includes several libs used to control a Robot and two main examples:

Robot_WIFI: command a robot using WIFI 
Robot_XBee: command a robot using Xbee interface

These 2 examples are based on a communication (WIFI or XBee) with the java program RobotJava.
