To Compile and Build:

1. Run make at toplevel of this directory

2. Build rrg.gz (routing resource graph) by running make in vtr_flow/arch/xilinx

3. execute scripts present in the vtr_flow (circuit from benchmark/verilog and arch from arch/xilinx)
