This is an enhanced implementation of eSimplex based on the new
design of Xue Liu, Hui Ding, and Kihwal Lee.

Refer to the paper/tech report for details

Tunable parameters are in include/eximplex.h

Simply type "make" to build the binaries.
Type "make clean" to clean up.
