A collection of tools for Notch's DCPU-16 computer written in C++.

DCPU16:
An implementation of Notch's DCPU-16 described here: http://0x10c.com/doc/dcpu-16.txt 
The emulator code can be used in other projects by copying the dcpu16 and library folders.
