+ Todo: clean up any unused functions


+ to compile
make
sudo make install

+ to select maica rate adaptation, you can add option "autocreate=adhoc" if one desires adhoc scenario

sudo modprobe ath_pci ratectl=maica

+ to remove it
sudo rmmod ath_pci 
sudo make uninstall
