Forked from: https://github.com/illuusio/ffmpeg-tutorial This tutorial is a bit better than the original. it also includes some audio resampling stuff that solve issues with scratching audio. I still had to preform some minor changes and i have no idea what's going on it the code, but now it seems to be working so it can be a good baseline.

##How to build:

1. make sure you have all of the dev packages- you can simply run install.sh
2. make all
