Python wrapper for Robust P^N Potentials (varying weights)

HCRF.ipynb is the implementation code for the paper "Robust Rooftop Extraction from Visible Band Images Using Higher Order CRF. IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, 53(8),4483-4495,2015". To use this code, you need to install the Python wrapper for Robust P^N Potentials (varying weights) first.

#Installation and Setup

1. install python 2.7, numpy,skimage,opencv for python
2. run "python setup.py install" to install the Python wrapper for Robust P^N Potentials.
3. open HCRF.ipynb and run step by step.
