Modified by Vatay Világi Norbert <root@lineo.hu> NOTE: This is a modified version of lighttpd 1.4.33 IT IS NOT RFC compliant. It's potentially non-user friendly. It's feature-reduced. Use at your own risk. This version includes the following modifications: 1) configure.ac and fdevent.h modified based on the patch files in FreeBSD port www/lighttpd 2) response.c modified to return specific 'Server:' header in response. 3) request.c modified function request_uri_is_valid_char, 'inverted' acceptable chars. only a subset of ASCII characters are permitted, otherwise return 403 The following characters are permitted in URI requests: & - . / 0-9 : = ? A-Z _ a-z Note: the % ; ~ * + | and other characters are forbidden in URI's this version. This means if you use this modified version you will need to avoid _spaces_ in filenames, and anything else that creates a % in a URI. This will only effect GET requests. POST requests are not effected. 4) request.c added check for two periods '..' in URI, if this not exists in request then return index.php/$1?%1. ======== lighttpd ======== ------------- a light httpd ------------- :author: Jan Kneschke :Date: $Date: 2004/11/03 22:25:54 $ :Revision: $Revision: 1.8 $ :abstract: lighttpd a secure, fast, compliant and very flexible web-server which has been optimized for high-performance environments.
