comie67 stands for Console Object for Microsoft Internet Explorer 6/7.
It provides a console object as Firebug does to Firefox.
You can use it to console.log('hello world');

After the installation, a menu item is added to the main menu of
Internet Explorer, either in "View" -> "Explorer Bar" or
in "Tools" -> "Explorer Bars".
