Adiabatic particle tracking for Project8.

To Compile (requires scons, ROOT and FFTW3):
$ scons

you can cleanup with:
$ scons -c

The scons tarball along with install instructions can be found here: http://www.scons.org/download.php.

System Requirements:
At this point we have made no attempt to determine exact system requirements or dependency versions. Instead we list what is hopefully sufficient detail of those systems which we are using for development. If you experience problems try moving your packages closer to these versions:

Wishlist:
~Produce a "proper" configure script to check for dependencies, create directories, and setup the makefile with your compiler.
~Change the .ini file interface to use default values for any parameters not defined in the .ini file
~Allow an option to adi2fft that doesn't give up on a particle that reaches the end of the instrumented region
~Move the interactive portion of adipark to an input in the .ini file
~Fix dependencies
