***************HOW TO EXECUTE SCALE BINARIES***************

Step 1> SSH to any rtp machine. For example, rtppnkvm4-vm4

Step 2> Compile server and client using -
        make STRIPPED=1

Step 3> Run scale_server on RTP machine
       ./scale_server --up

Step 4> Run scale_client on same RTP machine
        ./scale_client --num 20

        Step4 will simulate 20 clients. To deconfigure IPs, use
        ./scale_client --num 20 --down

Note - 
IPs from 30.30.30.1 - 30.30.30.4 are reserved for server purpose
Client IPs will start from 30.30.30.5
