HLS-MCML

Monte Carlo Simulation of Light Propagation in Multi-layered Turbid Media

  • MCML simulator, implemented in Vivado HLS
  • Targets Virtex-7 XC7690T FPGA (Digilent NetFPGA-SUME Board)

How to Use

  • open xsdk project from Vivado, and run "main" project on the target hardware.
  • src directory contains Vivado project archives. Open .xpr file under mcml_project in Vivado 2015.4, and run implmentation to get the bitfile.
  • docs directory includes the final project report and presentation slides.
