README for the TCD2 CDAQ data routines

The code in the directory was written for the CREAM7 TCD USB integration.

Here is a summary of the classes:

HTCD2: overall wrapper class for TCD operations. All TCD functionality is
       encapsulated in this class. All methods are documented in HTCD2.h

TCD2Usb: perform the TCD's USB operations

TCD2Cmd: check and process commands and responses for the TCD

TCD2Evt: read commands and write the responses
