Build on Linux (i686/x64):

$ qmake
$ make

Build on Windows 7 (x64):

> PATH=C:\QtSDK\mingw\bin;C:\QtSDK\Desktop\Qt\4.8.0\mingw\bin   (or whatever points to qmake and mingw32-make)

> qmake
> mingw32-make
