Appearance based mapping for CS 7641 and CS 8803-3D


Usage:

NEW:
1. generate feature vectors for all images using the libHIK/build_codebook program
2. start the fabmap algorithm using the FabmapMain program

OLD:
1. generate a bag-of-words codebook with the generate_codebook program
2. generate training data with respect to the generated codebook with the test_codebook_read program
3. start the fabmap algorithm using the FabmapMain program
