mimx-table - an m17n-lib external module for reading ibus-table database

* Install on Fedora

$ yum install ibus-table sqlite-devel m17n-lib-devel m17n-lib-tools
$ ./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr
$ make
$ make install M17N_MODULE_DIR=/usr/lib64/m17n/1.0
$ MDEBUG_INPUT=1 m17n-edit --im en-latex
# type "\phi", and you will see "φ"

* Use with indic-typing-booster

$ git clone http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/indic-typing-booster.git
$ cd indic-typing-booster/ibus-typing-booster
$ ./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr
$ make
$ make install
$ MDEBUG_INPUT=1 m17n-edit --im mr-inscript-typing-booster
# type "Epgyepgne", and you will see the candidates are changing

* Use with scim-tables (experimental)

change the "open" call to libmimx-table in MIM something like:

(call libmimx-table open scim
      "/usr/share/scim/tables/marathi-inscript.bin")
