This library is an interface from LLVM to CLIPS

This library contains the source code from CLIPS which is located at
clipsrules.sourceforge.net

1) Go into the lib folder of the LLVM source code. 
2) do a git clone into a folder named ExpertSystem
3) Go into the ExpertSystem folder
4) run make
5) Done!
